We are pleased to welcome Year 5 and 6 children and their parents/carers to learn more about Tewkesbury Academy at our Open Evening on Monday 21 September 2026 from 5:30-7:30pm.
Parents, carers and children should report to the Sixth Form Centre upon arrival, to sign in, where you will be welcomed and directed accordingly. The Sixth Form Centre is located in the main car park near the motorway entrance to the school.
The evening will start at 5:30pm in the Gym with a presentation from the Principal, Ms McGillycuddy. This will give you the opportunity to hear more about our vision, values and life at Tewkesbury Academy. Should the Gym reach its capacity for the presentation, we will re-run the talk starting at 6.15pm
Tours of the school will follow on from the presentation where you will get to see our excellent facilities, sample lessons and speak with subject staff. During tours, the Canteen will be open serving complimentary refreshments and taster meals.
The evening ends at 7:30pm.
Parking is available in the large car park nearest to the motorway, with additional parking at Alderman Knight School.

Open Mornings
Spaces on our open morning tours are limited and our remaining open mornings (due to take place on 29 September and 15 October) are now FULLY booked. Please contact lyndsey.woodward@clf.uk to enquire about a school visit.
