Please view the document which clearly highlights what is and is not acceptable footwear for school. Please consider this carefully before purchasing expensive school shoes. Some footwear styles sold in “School Shoe” departments in shops do not comply with our policy.
The logoed items can be purchased from one of the following suppliers: Monkhouse Schoolwear based in Cheltenham and School Trends (online supplier).
Monkhouse Schoolwear can offer advice about sizing in store. They will ask to check that skirts are an appropriate length and can easily order items that are not in stock. School Trends is an online only supplier.
We are conscious of the need to support families through our well-stocked nearly new uniform shop, working as we do with a range of uniform suppliers to ensure competition in the market and through the provision of grants to those experiencing financial hardship where appropriate. Please contact the academy if you need financial support with uniform or equipment.

To Order: please email your order to: [email protected]. Please confirm your child’s name and items you wish to buy. The shop operates at limited times of the week.
Payment: please wait for confirmation that the items are available prior to making a payment. Please pay online via ParentPay under the “Nearly New Uniform” section.

Goods will be available at Visitor Reception on receipt of payment.
To make this a success we will be dependent on the generosity of parents and carers donating their children’s uniforms when they have finished with them. All funds raised go straight to our various fundraising projects and therefore benefit all the children in the school. Donations of uniform and PE kit can be left at Reception, in school hours, all year round.

Items such as school ties, stationery items, art books, calculators and A level and GCSE revision guides can be purchased and paid for via our ParentPay Shop
To use our online shop, simply select the item you wish to buy and select the quantity. The total cost is calculated automatically. Once we have received payment notification, we will process your order and your son/daughter will receive his/her items from their Tutor. Please allow a minimum of two working days for orders to be processed.
